Returns
In order to continue running a sustainable, low waste business, we can not accept returns at this time. Each item is printed to order just for you, so unfortunately we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size ordered, or buyer's remorse. 

Damaged Items & Replacements
We strive for perfection, but mistakes can happen!
If you received a defective / damaged item, please email us clear photos of the product to puffypshop@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt, and explain your issue. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours. Photos are REQUIRED.

Cancellations
Since orders are sent directly to our printers at the time of order, we are unable to cancel or edit orders once they are placed.  Please be sure your address and sizing selections are correct prior to check out.

Shipping

US Orders
Since we partner with printers to fulfill your orders, shipments are made from various locations, depending on what products you have ordered. Our printers are primarily US based unless otherwise noted.

Standard US shipping will be listed in checkout, and typically arrives 5-7 days after order has been processed and marked as "shipped". Please allow additional shipping time during the holidays due to normal holiday shipping delays.

If you have ordered multiple items, they may ship separately.

Lost Packages
Unfortunately we can not be responsible for lost or stolen packages if the item has been shown to be delivered. If you have not received a package that is marked delivered, please take the following steps:
1. Wait a few days, as sometimes tracking says delivered when it is still in transit.
2. Check with neighbors and local post office as sometimes packages are there.
3. If you still don't have your package, please let us know ASAP so we can investigate further for you!
