Returns
We want you to love what you got! If something's not right, you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return / exchange.
To be eligible, your item just needs to be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags still on, and in the original packaging. Hang on to your receipt or order confirmation too, since you'll need that as proof of purchase.
Ready to start a return? Just shoot us an email at puffypshop@gmail.com and we'll take it from there. If your return is approved, we'll send over a prepaid shipping label and let you know exactly where to send it. Heads up — we can't accept anything sent back without a return request first.

Damages & Wrong Items
Got something damaged or not quite what you ordered? Let us know right away! Give your order a look as soon as it arrives, and if anything's off, email us at puffypshop@gmail.com. Please include a photo of the full item plus a close-up of the damage — we need those to process your return.
What Can't Be Returned
Just a heads up — we're not able to accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized items.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know if it's been approved. If it goes through, your refund will be on its way back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank may take a little extra time to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since your approval and you still haven't seen it, reach out at puffypshop@gmail.com.
Cancellations
Since your order goes straight to our printers the moment it's placed, we're not able to cancel or make changes after checkout. Please double-check your address and sizing before you hit that order button!
EU Customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you've got 14 days to cancel or return for any reason — no explanation needed. Same rules apply: item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
