US Orders
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after an order is placed.
Processing times may vary during peak periods and holidays.
We work with a network of printers across the country to get your order to you ASAP, and to minimize our carbon footprint. Our printers are US-based.

Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is processed and marked as "shipped," it typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Just keep in mind that during the holidays, things can move a little slower — totally normal, but worth planning ahead for!

Ordered a few things? They might arrive in separate packages, so don't worry if everything doesn't show up at once.

Order Updates
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Secure Checkout
All payments are processed through a secure and encrypted checkout system.

Lost Packages
Tracking says delivered but nothing's at your door? Don't panic! Here's what to do:
1. Wait a day or two — sometimes tracking updates before the package actually arrives.
2. Check with neighbors and your local post office — it happens more than you'd think!
3. Still nothing? Reach out to us ASAP at puffypshop@gmail.com and we'll look into it for you.

Damaged Items 
We always aim for perfection, but occasionally something slips through. If your order shows up damaged or defective, just email us at puffypshop@gmail.com within 30 days with clear photos of the item and a quick description of the issue. We'll get it sorted out! Photos are required to process your claim, so make sure to include those.
